On November 21, 2025, the “Shine Keelung·Light Up the Harbor” event officially lit up the city at Ocean Plaza, combining light art with Keelung’s harbor culture to create the most dazzling winter scenery. The popular IP MR. SHARK made a special appearance, spreading the message of “Love & Peace.”
The main attraction is a 16-meter Christmas tree integrated with MR. SHARK, symbolizing the city’s “Abundant Ocean” theme. At Keelung Art Museum, a 6-meter MR. SHARK inflatable leads the characters, combining harbor culture and zodiac motifs, creating a prime spot for family interaction and photos. Along the Tianliao River, a nighttime cultural corridor stretches from Ocean Plaza to Baoma Bridge and Xizhu Bridge, where light and water blend into a magical harbor nightscape.
The event runs from November 21, 2025, to March 4, 2026, allowing visitors to stroll along Ocean Plaza, Keelung Art Museum, and Tianliao River to enjoy the light art and Keelung’s 400-year history. Interactive photo frames, limited-edition merchandise, and the “Shark in Keelung” LINE stickers add fun and festive experiences.
This light installation combines art, culture, and celebration, highlighting Keelung Harbor’s historical depth while filling the winter nights with warmth and joy—making it a must-visit spot for families, tourists, and photography enthusiasts alike.
2025年11月21日，「光耀基隆·點亮港灣」於海洋廣場盛大點燈，結合光影藝術與港都文化，打造冬季最璀璨的城市景觀。此次活動特別邀請人氣IP「鯊魚先生（MR. SHARK）」亮相，傳遞「愛與和平」的溫暖訊息。
主燈區為16公尺高聖誕樹，與鯊魚先生氣偶融合，展現基隆「豐饒海洋」意象；美術館前6公尺高的鯊魚先生帶領角色亮相，結合海港文化與馬年元素，成為親子互動與打卡熱點。沿田寮河打造夜間文化廊帶，從海洋廣場延伸至寶馬橋、喜豬橋，光影與河水交織，形成夢幻的港灣夜景。
活動期間（2025年11月21日至2026年3月4日），民眾可在海洋廣場、基隆美術館及田寮河沿岸漫步欣賞光影藝術，感受基隆四百年歷史與國際視野的結合。活動還規劃互動拍照框、限定紀念商品及「鯊到基隆」LINE貼圖，豐富體驗兼具趣味與節慶氛圍。
這次光環境設計結合藝術、文化與節慶元素，不僅展現基隆港灣的歷史底蘊，更讓冬夜的城市充滿愛與溫暖，是全家大小、親子遊及拍照打卡的必訪景點。
